I lead a team to create GearLab’s first mountain bike review in September of 2016 and launched its mountain bike review program with the most scientific and objective testing process known at the time. I continued leading the program until April 2018, when I became a senior managing editor. During that time, I tested and reviewed top-tier mountain bikes, hired freelance testers and writers, created shot lists, managed photo shoots, and choose the final photos for reviews.
